Project scope

What the work includes

Most enquiries begin with a factory, mill, warehouse, office, institution or other organisation that wants solar panels supplied and the system installed as a managed project. Maspro Energy does not sell modules through an online catalogue.

The stages below are how that work is organised. Commercial terms are confirmed for each site.

Delivery

From supply through to handover

Each stage sits with the same project team. The agreed scope is written into the contract.

  1. Stage 01

    Solar panel supply

Panels and related equipment are specified for the site. Brands the company has previously named include Longi, JA and Jinko. The final make and model are confirmed in the proposal, together with any warranty the manufacturer provides. This website does not restate those warranties.

  2. Stage 02

    System assessment and design

The in-house team reviews the location and prepares a mechanical and electrical design for discussion, drawing on the solar engineering experience the company describes.

  3. Stage 03

    Procurement

Equipment is purchased against the agreed specification, so the design and the materials stay aligned.

  4. Stage 04

    Installation

Installation is part of the project, whether the system is on a commercial roof or another structure agreed in the scope. For solar panel installation in Lahore, or on sites elsewhere in Pakistan, the same project sequence applies.

  5. Stage 05

    Commissioning

The system is tested and commissioned before handover, with the documentation the contract calls for.

  6. Stage 06

    Operations and maintenance

After handover, operations and maintenance can be agreed separately: inspection, performance checks and fault response. The hours of cover are written into that agreement.

What we offer

Engagement models

The company names four models. Use them to frame a conversation. Commercial terms are not fixed on this page.

01

Standard EPC Model

Under a standard EPC contract, Maspro Energy designs the system, procures the equipment, installs it and commissions it. The client typically owns the system when the contract is complete. Price and payment milestones are set in the contract. They are not published on this website.

02

EPC on Deferred Payment

This model uses the same engineering, procurement and construction scope, with payment timing that is not the standard schedule. Maspro Energy has not published rates, tenors or eligibility rules. Whether a deferred schedule is available is confirmed in writing for that project. This website is not a financing offer.

03

PPA Model (Power Purchase Agreement)

A power purchase agreement is a contract to buy electricity generated by a solar system. Ownership, tariff, term and operating responsibilities are commercial points. They are agreed for each project and are not set out as a standing offer on this website.

04

Net Metering

Net metering is a billing arrangement in which an eligible solar system can export surplus electricity and receive credits under the rules of the distribution company and the regulator. Maspro Energy can prepare the system and supporting papers for clients who wish to apply. Connection, tariff and eligibility are not guaranteed here.

Discuss this model

Net metering services in Lahore, and in other cities, depend on the distribution company and the rules in force when the application is made. Maspro Energy can support the technical and paperwork side of an application. It cannot decide the outcome.

Our approach

How a project proceeds

A straightforward sequence for an industrial solar installation or a smaller organisational system. Durations are not published because they depend on the site and the contract.

Enquire about a project
  1. Step 01

    Enquiry

Share the site, an approximate requirement and how to reach you.

  2. Step 02

    Assessment and design

The team reviews the location and prepares a system design for discussion.

  3. Step 03

    Proposal

Scope, engagement model and commercial terms are set out in writing.

  4. Step 04

    Procurement

Equipment is ordered against the agreed specification.

  5. Step 05

    Installation and commissioning

The system is installed, tested and commissioned.

  6. Step 06

    Handover

Documentation is handed over, with operations support if it is part of the agreement.

Start with the site, not a package

Share the location and an approximate requirement. The Lahore office can tell you which engagement model is worth discussing.
